Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Revisual macOS utility ("Software") developed and maintained by Richard Kunkli ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using Revisual, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Revisual is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, revocable license to use the Software on up to three (3) macOS devices per license. The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Software as a result of purchasing a license key or using the Software.

Trial Period

The Developer offers a 3-day trial of the Software without feature limitations. After the trial expires, a valid license is required to continue using the Software.

License Activation & Device Identification

To prevent unauthorized use, the Software requires activation using a license key linked to your email address provided at purchase. Additionally, the hardware UUID of your device is used to identify authorized instances of your license and trial. This information is securely processed and stored solely for license and trial verification purposes.

Refund Policy

The Developer offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Software, contact support within this period for a full refund. Refund requests beyond 14 days will not be honored.

Updates & Support

Purchasing Revisual includes lifetime updates with all future features and improvements. Standard customer support is provided for issues related to installation and activation.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate your license if it detects unauthorized use, such as license key sharing or tampering with license verification mechanisms.

Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided as is without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

Changes to These Terms

The Developer might update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
